Leading with Purpose: 25 Years and Counting
This week marks 25 years at my job, and it’s hard to believe how quickly the years have flown by. What started as a career opportunity became a journey filled with growth, purpose, challenges, and unforgettable memories.
For the past 25 years, I’ve had the honor of working in the Admin Department and serving as a Team Lead. Along the way, I’ve learned invaluable lessons about leadership, teamwork, patience, resilience, and dedication. There were long days, tough moments, major accomplishments, and countless experiences that shaped not only my career, but also the person I’ve become.
What has meant the most throughout this journey is the people. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside incredible coworkers, mentors, and team members whose support, encouragement, and trust have made every step worthwhile. The relationships built over the years are truly one of the greatest rewards of this career.
Being in a position to lead, support others, and continue learning myself has been both humbling and fulfilling. I take pride in the work we do every day and remain grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact.
Twenty-five years later, I still show up with gratitude, passion, experience, and a commitment to giving my best.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey — for the memories, the lessons, the laughter, and the support. Celebrating this milestone reminds me not only of how far I’ve come, but also how much there is still to look forward to.
