Cornea Associates of Texas works hard to assure its fees are reasonable. For all treatment provided, we gladly accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at the time of service. We are happy to provide you with an itemized receipt that you may send to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. If you should require surgery, we will assist you by filing the surgeon's charges with your primary and secondary insurance carriers.

You will be responsible for payment of all bills related to your eye care. If for any reason you are unable to provide payment at the time of treatment, please alert us in advance and we will work with you to arrange a convenient payment plan.

Cornea Associates of Texas is an approved provider on most PPO and HMO Insurance Plans. We also are a participating Medicare Provider. Because many plans require pre-authorization, it is imperative you have your referral number ready when scheduling your appointment. Without this number, your appointment may have to be rescheduled or canceled.
